JOB DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Assist our lead designer and team with client project management, installs and general office management.
Project management and obtaining pricing/quotes on products and textiles.
Customer service and problem solving skills.
Mature self starter with great people skills.
Must be extremely organized.
Works well in a team environment.
Computer skills (excel, quickbooks online. Google docs/sheets and preferably Ivy design software).
Understanding of accounting principals preferred.
Part Time (20-24 hours/week). Office Hours 9am-3pm Mon-Thurs. Can be flexible.
Competitive hourly pay, depending on candidate and experience.

Local to St. Charles, Illinois.
