How do we get started working with you?
You can fill out a new client questionnaire here. Once your inquiry is received, a team member will reach out within 48 hours with more information regarding availability and more first steps.
What size projects do you typically take on?
Peppeard Design is a full service design firm which means we handle everything from initial concept to final result! We consider full service to include new construction, large scale renovations, or multiple rooms complete with furnishings, wall and floor coverings, lighting, art and décor. If this sounds like your project we’d love to hear from you!
How long does a typical project take?
Of course this can all depend on the size and the scale of your project, but we find most projects take 2-4 months to complete.
Do you travel for your projects?
While our design studio is based out of St. Charles, IL, if the timing and project is a good fit, we can travel up to 60 miles outside St. Charles for full service design projects.
I saw something I love featured in one of your projects…can I order it through you?
Depending on what it is that caught your eye, typically the answer is yes! Most- if not all- goods used in client projects can be found at our local shoppe, The Pep Line. Furniture, lighting, rugs, drapery, artwork, even hardware, can also be purchased on thepepline.com with pick up at the shoppe!
What is “Pep Van Styling”?
Sometimes all you need is a little help pulling the details together, and that’s where the Pep Van comes in! This service is designed to help you with projects such as style those empty book shelves or hang that gallery wall you’ve been dreaming of. Pep Van Styling does not include renovations of any kind, concept boards, or floor plan drawings + is strictly a styling service. Can you help me pick paint colors and nothing else?
Yes! We offer one-time color consultations that are designed to help assist you in the selection of both interior and exterior paint colors. Please contact us at hello@peppearddesign.com for more information on color consultations.
Do you offer a Trade Discount on your products through The Pep Line?
We do! Please send your Tax ID and a link to your design website to hello@peppearddesign.com. We then can add you to our list of approved designers to receive our exclusive trade discount on all Pep Line products!
