RETURN POLICY

Returns

Peppeard Design accepts returns within 10 days of the receipt of goods on damaged goods. Claims on single items may require phots supporting the claim to receive full credit. Because many of these items are hand crafted, there will be some variations in color, texture, and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects. Should you wish to make a damage or defect claim, please email orders@peppearddesign.com to begin the process.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted and payment has been processed, we can no longer modify, edit or remove items in your order. In order to cancel your order, please contact orders@peppearddesign.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping

Due to Covid-19, there may be some delays in receiving and shipping orders due to vendor disruptions.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your damaged item for the same item, please email orders@peppearddesign.com.

We do not offer price adjustments for sales or coupons.
